    Feather Duster reproduction

Hey guys, we had a Hawaiian feather duster that started to deteriorate in our tank months ago. We took it out in early December. Today I noticed we have a very small feather duster attached to one of our living rocks. My concern is, will it survive and what should we do to make sure it does. So far I haven't seen any others but I have been reading that we will more than likely have several.

They might, the small ones are different types from the big ones, some are very hardy ,and leave in in a very hard environment,
Some have the calcium body that will tell you that are a different family, feathers dusters are filters feeders, once it a while they need some kind of suspended food in the water column,if these are the babies of the big ones you end up with more than a pair

I have found that in the past I have on occassion almost had a infestation of feather dusters usually when I over feed.
I never did any thing else different so as Luigi said they are very hardy and will survive and probably multiply in the next few weeks.

    Keep us posted

Thanks Luigi, I'll keep my eyes on it. I do have photoplankton that I was giving to my other Dusters. I'll let you know if I find any more
